• You maintain total custody of your authentication credentials. We do not store or ask for your primary TikTok password.

3. User Conduct and Content Responsibility

You are exclusively responsible for all digital files and text uploaded through our automation system. You represent and warrant that:

• You hold full ownership or required copyright privileges for the media assets you choose to publish.
• The videos do not violate localized country laws, infringe copyrights, or breach **TikTok’s Community Guidelines**.
• Strict Prohibition: Any utilization of this system to distribute malicious code, spam, hate speech, or defamatory materials will result in immediate termination of service access without liability.

4. Limitations of Liability

Our integration relies strictly on official API structures provided by third-party social networks. CloneV1 Automation shall not be held liable for:

• Any temporary service suspension, rate limiting, shadowbanning, or profile closure enforced by TikTok's internal content algorithms.
• Any operational downtime resulting from direct modifications or structural changes made to TikTok’s official API endpoints.

5. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict interface availability if users are found in breach of these protocols. We may adjust these Terms periodically to adapt to newly updated developer network compliances.
